Every Wednesday, the Vestre Aker health clinic runs a first aid course for parents with children aged 0 to 1, often held at the Deichman Røa library. The course is only for residents of the Vestre Aker district, and you sign up with the clinic by email or phone 23 47 62 20.

All appointments at the health clinic are free, and the staff are bound by confidentiality. You must live in the Vestre Aker district to use the services.
