Babytreff på Grorudhuset

A low threshold meeting place for babies and parents run by the volunteer centre at Grorudhuset, with no sign-up. They put out mats for the baby to play on and have high chairs. Coffee and lunch can be bought at the Granitten café in the same building. The description on their website says every Friday from 10am to 1pm, while the event list shows other days, so check their calendar before you go. One of the few regular postpartum meetups in Groruddalen.
