One of Norway's largest and most tradition-rich judo clubs, founded in 1984, with modern premises at Skullerud in the east of Oslo. The offering ranges from "knøttejudo" for the very youngest from age four, through age-divided children's groups, to youth who want to pursue competitive judo. Judo is an Olympic martial art where you learn throws, falling technique and self-control, with rolling intake for beginners.
