The athletics section of Lambertseter IF, one of the club's two largest groups, training at Lambertseter stadium. Three age groups: 7 to 9 train for an hour on Thursdays, while 10 to 13 and 14 to 19 train several evenings a week from 6pm. In winter the youngest move indoors to a school hall, and both the day and the time can change then. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.
