A karate club with its own group for ages 8 to 12 and a separate youth group from 12. Training emphasises play, body control and self-defence, with techniques introduced gradually from the simplest. Having children of different ages train together is deliberate: it is how they learn to cooperate and show respect. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.
