A cycling club that is the biggest in eastern Oslo, with dedicated children's mountain-bike groups from age six and 'Frøy Kids' for ages 7-12. Children learn to master trails and technique in a safe setting, starting from places like Haraløkka and Østmarka. Cycling is a sport of freedom that suits children who like speed and nature.
