Haugerud skole, Alna

A string orchestra for children rehearsing at Haugerud school, affiliated with the Norwegian youth orchestra federation. It teaches violin, viola and cello with ensemble playing from the start - you learn the instrument in the orchestra, not before you arrive. Alna has few classical music offerings for children, so the orchestra fills a real gap in the east of the city.
