Lush garden at Tøyen with thousands of plants, ponds, a fragrant systematic collection and plenty of room to wander and run. Bring a blanket and a picnic. The garden is free year round.

The Palm House and Victoria House glasshouses with the tropical plants are temporarily closed, so check the museum's pages before planning a visit there. The garden is otherwise divided into themed areas. The Botanical Garden also runs its own programme of events and courses through the season.
