The Norwegian Trekking Association's holiday programmes for children and youth in the school breaks, with the widest range in summer: outdoor schools and holiday camps for children, and the Basecamp summer camp for teens aged 13-19 with climbing, sea kayaking, summit hikes and tent life. Programmes run at several locations in and around Oslo, including DNT's own Sæteren farm in Bærumsmarka with an activity tower, zip line and archery. No gear or experience is required.
Dates, prices and registration change from break to break and are listed with the organiser. Registration often opens early in the year, and some programmes fill up early.
