Rosenhagen barnehage is a municipal kindergarten in Oslo. It has room for around 135 children aged 1 - 5.

Staffing is about 6 children per adult and 12 children per kindergarten teacher. 50% of staff hold a kindergarten-teacher qualification. Each child has on average 4.9 m² of indoor play area.

The kindergarten is open from 07:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. Meal charges are 310 kroner per month in addition to the parental fee.

In the Directorate for Education's parent survey (2026), parents rate the kindergarten 4.7 out of 5 for overall satisfaction, based on 99 responses. Broken down, they score outdoor and indoor environment 4.1, the child's wellbeing 4.8, the child's development 4.6 and information from the kindergarten 4.3 – all out of 5.
