Rødtvet barnehage is a municipal kindergarten in the Grorud district of Oslo. It has room for around 126 children aged 1–5.

Staffing is about 6 children per adult and 14.7 children per kindergarten teacher. 40.7% of staff hold a kindergarten-teacher qualification. Each child has on average 5.5 m² of indoor play area.

The kindergarten is open from 07:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. Meal charges are 310 kroner per month in addition to the parental fee.

In the Directorate for Education's parent survey (2026), parents rate the kindergarten 4.1 out of 5 for overall satisfaction, based on 98 responses. By area, also out of 5: outdoor and indoor environment 3.7, the child's wellbeing 4.5, the child's development 4.5 and information from the kindergarten 3.8.
