Fossumenga og Fossumhagen barnehager is a municipal kindergarten in the Stovner district of Oslo. It has room for around 134 children aged 1 - 5.

Staffing is about 5.5 children per adult and 18 children per kindergarten teacher. 30.3% of staff hold a kindergarten-teacher qualification. Each child has on average 6.1 m² of indoor play area.

The kindergarten is open from 07:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. Meal charges are 310 kroner per month in addition to the parental fee.
